Maji Huang Licheng Increases ETH Long Positions by 1,000 Tokens

1,000 ETH. That's the fresh stack prominent NFT whale Maji Huang Licheng just added to his long positions, according to OKX Orbit, pushing his total on-chain exposure to roughly $9.55 million.

Maji Huang Licheng Increases ETH Long Positions by 1,000 Tokens

In a market where most "diamond hands" have quietly turned to paper, that's either conviction or cope — and on-chain, the line between the two stays razor thin.

Capitulation vs. Accumulation

Here's the contradiction I can't stop chewing on. The same week Maji is adding, onchain sleuths flagged a three-year ETH holder finally cracking — unloading 7,323 ETH at roughly $1,906, bleeding north of $19 million in realized losses against a $2,723 cost basis. That's not a rotation. That's a white flag.

Flip the ledger, though, and the picture blurs. A bitcoin wallet dormant for twelve years just shuffled 26.96 BTC across the chain with a 7,975% unrealized gain attached, per — and it didn't sell, it relocated. The macro tape is shifting in the same direction: emerging-market central banks are quietly easing, with Bangladesh trimming its policy rate to 9.5% to drag investment back into risk assets. Patient capital has the same memo. Liquidity is loosening; the smart wallets know it before the headlines do.

What I'm Watching

Maji's track record carries weight. This is an address that's absorbed the full cycle — the rug pulls, the wash trading, the mid-cycle capitulations — and still treats drawdowns as shopping lists, not sermons. When the same wallet that weathered the last washout starts accumulating at current levels, the floor under ETH gets a little less theoretical.

The capitulation print, meanwhile, is the exception, not the signal. Three-year holders bleeding out near $1,900 is what failed conviction looks like. What's working is the twelve-year-old stack that refuses to sell, and the seven-figure bid that just landed.

But I'm not calling a bottom. Nobody calls a bottom. What I'll say is this: if Maji adds another 1,000 ETH inside the next week and the capitulation wallet stays silent, the level around $1,900 starts looking a lot like a local low. If selling resumes and these fresh longs get liquidated, we'll know this was just another high-conviction casualty dressed up as alpha.

On-chain, patience is the only edge that compounds. Everything else is Discord cope and groupchat hopium.
